Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in English.
• CELTA/TESOL/ESL certification required.
• 1-3 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language.

Responsibilities:

• Teach English language skills, including business communication (writing letters, memos, emails, reports, proposals), speaking, writing, and listening skills to adults, undergraduate, and graduate students.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Prepare, plan, and deliver lessons and activities.
• Use diverse and interesting teaching methods.
• Develop teaching and practice materials.
• Grade essays, homework, and assignments.
• Create and administer tests.
• Guide students to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both small and large group sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback based on students’ work and classroom behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive student experience.

Key Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Clear diction, pronunciation, and intonation.
• Strong knowledge of grammatical structures.
• Basic computer skills.
