Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct live, interactive English lessons for students of varying age groups and proficiency levels.
(ii) Design lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student or group.
(iii) Use innovative teaching methods, tools, and digital resources to create a dynamic learning environment.
(iv) Assess and track students’ progress, providing regular feedback and performance reports.
(v) Foster an engaging, supportive, and encouraging learning atmosphere to boost students’ confidence in using English.
(vi) Manage class schedules and ensure punctuality and reliability for all sessions.
(vii) Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and integrate them into your teaching style.
(viii) Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
(viii) Collaborate with parents, guardians, or adult learners (if applicable) to align on learning objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
(i) Should be a graduate
(ii) TEFL, TESOL or other recognized teaching certifications (mandatory).
(iii) Previous teaching experience (online or offline) is an advantage.
(iv) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(v) Reliable internet connection, a quiet teaching environment, and suitable teaching equipment (webcam, headset, etc.).
