- Junior Special Educator – Intellectual Disability
- Learning Disability Classroom Educator
- Vocational Instructor for Adults

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications (Any one of the following):
- Postgraduate Degree or B.Ed. in Special Education
- PG Diploma in Special Education
- Language & Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English and Tamil or Kannada
Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
Personal Attributes:
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Strong commitment to inclusive education
- Willingness for a minimum 1-year working relationship
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assess academic, behavioral, and functional performance of students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) collaboratively
- Deliver instruction in literacy, numeracy, life skills, and communication
- Customize curriculum and teaching methods based on diverse student needs
- Monitor and document student progress; communicate outcomes with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Occupational, Speech, and Behavioral Therapists
- Implement classroom management and behavior support strategies
- Conduct parent meetings, IEP reviews, and contribute to team planning
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per school policy
- Participate in training workshops and staff development programs
- Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. (7 hours/day)
Working Days:
Monday to Friday: Full day
Saturday: Half day (1 Saturday off per month – paid leave)
