Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
- Strong command of the English language with clear, neutral or near-native pronunciation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools, remote collaboration, and hybrid environments.
- A valid passport (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced start-up ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to children and adults across all proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
- Deliver engaging lessons in online, offline, and hybrid formats as per institutional requirements.
- Create, adapt, and develop teaching materials and lesson plans (training and ongoing support will be provided).
- Participate in curriculum planning, workshops, and learner assessment activities.
- Travel to on-site programs and partner institutions as required (semi-rural areas, across India, and occasionally abroad).
- Maintain a positive, professional, and learner-centric teaching environment.
