Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten classes aligned with the Cambridge Early Years curriculum and the school’s pedagogical philosophy.
Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Incorporate play-based, experiential, and hands-on learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity.
Design and implement assessments that monitor developmental milestones and individual progress.
Collaborate closely with co-teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning and care.
Integrate storytelling, music, movement, and art to make learning joyful and immersive.
Participate actively in school events, parent interactions, and continuous professional development programmes.

Deep understanding of early childhood development and learning processes
Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy towards young learners
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere
Commitment to the school’s vision of fostering curiosity, independence, and holistic growth in every child

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with B.Ed. / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / M.Ed.
3–7 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early years setting
Prior experience or familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years Framework or other international early learning curricula will be an advantage
