Salary: Based on work experience, interview, and qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for the subject (Mathematics, English, Social Studies (SST), and Hindi), aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- The school follows both IGCSE and CBSE curriculum and will place you based on your preference and work experience
- Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to engage students in active learning and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love of learning.
- Integrate technology, multimedia resources, and real-world applications into lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, units, and school-wide initiatives that promote cross-curricular connections.
- Communicating regularly with students and parents to provide updates on student progress, academic expectations, and opportunities for involvement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Candidates may apply with any teacher training credential or a bachelor's degree in education.
- Proficiency in your subject areas, and a deep understanding of curriculum standards and pedagogy.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred, particularly in a multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Passion for education, lifelong learning, and student success.
- Proficiency in Basic Computer Operations.
