Job Description – 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and impactful Corporate Communication & Soft Skills Coach to enhance our employees’ English communication and professional behaviour. The Coach will prepare employees for client-facing interactions, monitor their progress, and help them build strong professional confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on English communication, soft skills, and personality development.
  2. Prepare employees for client-facing conversations, improving clarity and  fluency.
  3. Design and administer assessments to measure language proficiency, communication effectiveness, and personality improvement.
  4. Track employee performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
  5. Create a positive learning environment that encourages continuous skill development.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, or related field
  2. Proven experience as a communication / soft skills / English language trainer.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Strong capability to mentor, coach, and motivate learners across different levels.
  5. Familiarity with training tools, assessment methods, and modern learning techniques is an added advantage.

  1. Patience, empathy, and adaptability for training diverse learners.
  2. Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication levels and track progress.
