About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Math Trainer with a strong background in mathematics and at least 15 years of teaching or training experience to conduct an intensive 3-day workshop on the Singapore Math approach. The trainer should be proficient in CPA (Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract) methodology, bar modelling, and problem-solving heuristics.

Workshop Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a structured 3-day training workshop for teachers on Singapore Math concepts and pedagogy.
2. Demonstrate effective teaching strategies, model lessons, and practical classroom techniques.
3. Introduce and guide participants through CPA methodology and bar modelling.
4. Provide hands-on activities, practice sessions, and resource support for educators.
5. Offer feedback, clarify doubts, and ensure participant understanding throughout the workshop.
6. Share best practices, real-life examples, and implementation tips for classroom success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Math Education, or related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching, training, or curriculum roles.
3. Strong command of the Singapore Math Approach.
4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to engage teachers in interactive, practical, and learner-centered sessions.
6. Prior experience conducting workshops or teacher training is highly preferred.
