• Demonstrated ability to lead a team

Job Descrption :

The Toddler Program Coordinator will provide overall leadership of the program for the respective age group in the center. Ensure the teaching team provides safe and nurturing environments for children that encourage their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Lead the implementation of our developmentally appropriate curriculum by

Ensuring that children’s safety and wellbeing are of utmost importance at all times
• Providing a stimulating and inviting environment which encourages independence, self-motivation and an eagerness to learn
• Leading the team in developing and sustaining strong parent partnerships
• Leading with HEART to build positive relationships in the center

Working hours:Staggered

• 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM
• 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
• 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM 
• 11:30 AM- 8:30 PM (with shift allowance)
• No cab assistance.
