Foster interdisciplinary instruction according to national curriculum standards and the educational needs and abilities of students
1. Create a classroom culture that is welcoming, positive, and focused on instruction rather than discipline
2. Prepare and teach lessons that promote the progress and general well-being of students
3. Drive outstanding achievement for all students in the classroom, and support colleagues in driving student achievement throughout the school
4. Communicate, cooperate, and consult with school staff as well as parents/guardians to serve the best interests of students
5.Build knowledge by attending education seminars.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience working with young children in a preprimary or early childhood education setting, with a deep understanding of child development principles and best practices.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
4. Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of young learners.
5. Knowledge of play-based learning approaches, emergent curriculum, and developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education.
6. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and joy in learning.
