Job Description: Develop and implement a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum that fosters intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of educational methods, such as storytelling, songs, games, arts and crafts, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, secure, and nurturing learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Foster positive social interactions and help children develop essential social skills like sharing, cooperation, and communication.
• Observe and assess individual student progress, documenting development and tailoring instruction accordingly.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Supervise children during playtime, nap time, and mealtimes, maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
