Job Description :

1. Daily basis updation (strategy used) of child is required. Regular verbal update as per availability of parents as well as Shadow teacher to understand the progress of the child.
2. If the child is unable to attend school session/school due to any reason the shadow teacher would be coming to the child's house and a short home session would be conducted as a Replacement of that shadow session.
3. During Diwali, Christmas vacations the shadow teacher be replaced with home sessions. (except festival holiday)

Role of Shadow Teacher we are looking for:

1. Understand the needs of the child, parents and school.
2. Formulate Monthly Goals and implement it.
3. Provide guidance and assistance in carrying out academic activities at school set up.
4. Provide a conducive environment for the child at school with the help of concerned teacher/s and available resources.
5. be positive in her approach to new tasks and helping him to gain self-control
6. Improve communication by maintaining eye contact
7. Keep the parents apprised about the daily classwork and homework.
8. Enable the child towards independent functioning at school set up systematically.

2. School name- Childrens academy thakur complex Kandivali East
3. Timing- 8:15 to 11:30am
4. Concerns- Delay speech & slow learner.
