Job Description :
- The Center Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Earthwise Academy, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role involves planning and implementing programs, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with childcare and academic regulations.
- A preschool teacher is responsible for educating and nurturing young children, typically aged 1.5-6 years. Creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Helping children learn colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through various methods like games, storytelling, and art Helping children learn colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through various methods like games, storytelling, and art. Monitoring children's progress and providing feedback to parents and guardians. Encouraging positive interactions and helping children develop social competencies.
