Openhouse hiring for three job roles :

1. Head of School
2. Preschool Teacher
3. Preschool Educator

Job Description :

Head of School:

1. Has worked with premium Early Years Preschool for at least 4-5 years or has been with an IB school for at least 4-5 years
2. Is passionate about Early Years and wants to make a difference in this sector
3. Is outgoing and able to hold good quality conversations with parents, teachers and students alike
4. If you have taken initiatives at your schools like conducting sports day, annual day, running PTMs, parent toddler programs etc, then that would be a great value add.
5. A course in Early Childhood Education or a B.Ed or NTT, MTT would also be great to have.

Preschool Teacher

1. Has worked with premium Early Years Preschool for at least 2-3 years
2. Has worked with modern pedagogies such as Reggio Emelia, Montessori, Waldorf or inquiry based learning
3. Is passionate about Early Years and wants to make a difference in this sector
4. A course in Early Childhood Education or a B.Ed or NTT, MTT would also be great to have.

Preschool Educator

1. Has worked in Early Years preschool for 0-2 years
2. Is passionate about working with Early Years
3. Has done a course in Early Childhood Education or a B.Ed or NTT, MTT

Others Information :

Timings:

1. Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
2. Alternate Saturdays from 10am to 3pm (dedicated to Professional development of the team)
3. Notice period/ Date of joining- You must be able to join us before 1st Jan 2025
