Qualification :
Any Graduate with 2 years of experience in Montessori for Preschool and Graduate with 2 years of experience in Cambridge syllabus of LKG and UKG and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Patience, empathy, and understanding
- esson Planning: Prepare and implement individualized lessons, aligning with school principles and curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Create a well-organized, safe, and respectful environment, encouraging independence and self-directed learning.
- Child Observation: Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
- Guidance and Support: Provide gentle guidance, encouraging children to explore, discover and learn at their own pace.
- Practical Life Skills: Teach practical life skills
- Implement creative teaching skills
- Sensorial Education: Introduce sensorial materials and activities, developing children's sensory awareness and exploration.
- Language and Literacy: Foster language development, reading and writing skills, using various methods and materials.
- Socialization and Community: Encourage socialization, conflict resolution and community building among children.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, sharing progress, insights and recommendations and ability to handle the parents’ concerns.
- Classroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized and well-maintained classroom environment.
- Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training, workshops and self-study to deepen teaching knowledge and skills.
