About the Role: Shadow Teacher .
We are seeking passionate and qualified graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree) to join our team as Shadow Teachers. In this role, you will:
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs in educational and therapeutic settings.
- Implement strategies developed by therapists and educators to promote the child's learning, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, teachers, and families to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of observations and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field).
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards children and their families.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute to a supportive team.
