Education Qualification :

  1. For Aptitude Trainer Role: BSC or MSc in Math or any related field.
  2. For Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer Role: BA or MA in English or related fields.
  3. Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills :

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of learners.
  3. Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and training centers.
  4. Basic proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.

Job Description :

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team as Junior Trainers. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in training and development while contributing to the growth of students and professionals. Candidates should have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training and Delivery:

  1. Conduct training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on aptitude, verbal, and soft skills development.
  2. Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the audience.
  3. Travel to different colleges to deliver on-site training programs.

Content Development :

  1. Create and update training content, modules, and presentations.
  2. Design questionnaires, assessments, and other learning materials to evaluate trainees’ progress.
  3. Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure high-quality content delivery.

In-House Responsibilities:

  1. Support the team in developing innovative learning strategies and approaches.
  2. Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules and logistics.
  3. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and improvements

Others Informations :

  1. Working hours - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  2. Gender preferences - any gender
  3. Are there any terms and conditions - They will be on probation in the first 3-6 months
