Hiring For : Special Educator
Eligibility Criteria : BAchelors / Masters in Special Education and PG , Diploma , Certificate in Special Education with the good communication skill with a special needs children .
Job Description :
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) :
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs tailored to each student’s specific needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to create goals and strategies.
Instruction:
- Adapt general education curriculum or develop alternative curriculum to meet the needs of students.
- Use various teaching methods (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to accommodate different learning styles
Classroom Management:
- Create a structured, supportive classroom environment.
- Use behavior management strategies and interventions where needed.
Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to track student progress.
- Report progress to parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with school counselors, speech/language therapists, occupational therapists, and other support staff.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and families to ensure ongoing support.
Advocacy & Inclusion:
- Promote inclusive education by supporting students in mainstream classrooms.
- Ensure students have access to necessary accommodations and modifications.
Working hours : (General Time) 9 AM - 6 PM
